Q: Can I get any discount?

A: The price is negotiable, we can offer you discount according to your order quantity. If you are buying in bulk for an occasion, We offer you wholesale price. We also have promotions several times a year.

Q: As you know, we will need a sample first, could you supply it for us please?  

A: No problem, we can send you sample as your require. But please understand that we will choose the sample from our current stock, so maybe there is a little different of composition ratio or basic weight from your expectation, but it is enough for your reference . And the sample are free but the freight is on customer's charge .

 Q: Once we confirm the sample, please can you make sure that the quality of the bulk order will be as same as the sample we confirmed? 

A: Yes! The bulk order quality will keep exactly same with previous sample, please do not worry.

Q:Worry about  goods you receive is not exactly what you want ?

A:No problem, confirming  every details with customer before we put it into mass production is our policy, and also providing you samples before mass production free of charge with your permission.

Q: Quality Control?

A:We will follow up the whole goods manufacturing process and report you to solve the probems before it generated. We have the QC follow up in production line.
